The reason I started playing guitars
When I was young, I told my parents that I wanted to play the acoustic guitar, but they made me play the classical guitar. I didn’t know the difference between the two, so I just started playing it, and am still playing it..
Guitars I’ve used
I think it is not so many compared to the number of years of playing guitars.
Favorite pieces and composers
I like classical Sor and Giuliani, Bach’s arrangements, romantic Merz, and modern York. I also like South American pieces such as Jongo and Cielo Abierto.
It is rare for a classical guitar player(?). I’m not good at Spanish music of the Segovia era, such as Rodrigo and Trova. Also, I’m not good at modern music full of dissonance.
Hobbies of music other than classical guitar
In classical music, I like late romantic music. I especially like Mahler and Brahms. Bruckner is a bit of a dislike one…
I also like melocore and symphonic metal.
I mean, I play a lot of things without being too particular about genres.
